COOKING LESSONS in VALPOLICELLA, LAKE GARDA and ISOLA DELLA SCALA
We organize for small groups of minimum 4 people cooking lessons either in Valpolicella, Lake Garda and Isola della Scala (rice field area in the southern part of Verona). You will learn to cook Veneto and italian dishes such us Risotto with radicchio, amarone, or pasta with finferli mushrooms, gnocchi, variety of breads, brased veal with amarone sauce and traditional cakes with joyful and good local chefs in private homes with amazing views of Lake Garda or in countryside restaurants.
