The Valpolicella region offers you a variety of hospitality with hotels of different categories, agriturismi (farm stays), bed and breakfast, restaurants and typical “ Trattorie”, where homemade traditional food is served.
For four-five stars hotel, I can recommend Villa Quaranta in Pescantina, Villa del Quar in Arbizzano, Villa Amista’ in Corrubio, There is also the possibility to stay in private apartments such as il Pianeto and also many different agriturismi located in the region such as Agriturismo Pule’ and El Crear , Agriturismo Corte Spinosa , Costa degli Ulivi, luxurious bed and breakfast such us  Villa Gesi Relais ,  Villa San Giorgio, Magioca Relais,  Corteforte , Casa Villa d'Arco and Eremo Relais on Lake Garda.
As far as restaurants are concerned, I can reccomend the Enoteca of the Valpolicella in Fumane or different “Trattorie” such as the Osteria of the Valpolicella in San Rocco and the Osteria da Bepi in Marano or the agriturismo Pule’ for its traditional, natural, and simple way of cooking using the typical products from the land.
If you wish I can always make reservations for you, organize guided tours for small and big groups to visit old wine cellars in historical private villas, where you can learn about the centuries-old tradition of winemaking.
