SOAVE WINE AND CHEESE TOUR

This area, in the Eastern part of the province of Verona , is the most famous white wine district of the Veneto region. The wine Soave Classico Superiore is one of only a few white wine with a DOCG recognition.



The Soave district offers not only wines, but a territory full of old traditions and history from medieval castles to luxurious aristocratic Villas, nice churches and palaces.



We will make a nice tour in this wine area making a stop at the winery Ca Rugate in Illasi, a cheese factory and an olive oil mill. The medieval castle of Soave with its characteristic defence walls is also on our programme.
